General Rules

• You have to like my site, if not, what the heck are you doing trying to apply?
• Your site must have absolutely NO p0rn/hentai/ecchi!. Artistic nudity is fine, just keep it at a low level.
• Related to anime, anime info, manga, grafics, Ranma 1/2, etc. (no blogs)
• Make sure your site is organized! And not so many advertisements.
• dO nOT tyPE liKE ThIS or THIS it's very annoying! and inmature.
• I know every body has their own lives and are not much online, but please try and be active :), update the site at least once a month.
• And also tell me when you are going on a hiatus, "BRB", closing and whatnot, if not, I will delete your aplication.
• The password is: yum-yummy.
• Please, not a site that has a large amount of pop-ups, its so irritating.
• Do not have any stolen content on your site. If you do, I will automatically remove you.
• Please put an asterik * before your name so I know you've read the rules.
• Must link back to me in no more than 5 days if accepted, I will do the same.
• You need to have a reason for applying. Think twice if you're planning on leaving the comments blank!
• Last but not least, we have the right to remove your site from our links if you are inactive or fail to meet our rules. We will most likely inform you first, but if we see that nothing is done then we will remove your site.

For link exchange:

• Link exchanges are unlimited.
• Must have a 88x31 button direct-linkable.
• Visit my site once in a while ^^
• You should be nice enough to leave a message at least once a month to tell that you're alive.
• Forget the asterik. Put liex: before your name.
• You must have a visible link up on your links out page or whatever. It's not required that you link back on every page.
• In the comments text box, add the exact page where the link to BW is

For affiliation:

• Make sure you have less than 12 affiliates.
• A link back visible on every page. For I will be doing the same thing for you.
• You cannot be a monotonous/emo/hateful webmistress/master. Be nice to me. Why should I be affiliates with someone like that? :D
• You can't ever be rude to your visitors, or I'll take you down. I understand if you stand up for yourself, but if they give some constructive criticism and you bite their head off, your down and not going back up.
• We don't have to be "BF4E", I know the purpose of affiliation is to gain hits but it would be nice if you did chat with me, after or before you apply just so I can get a basic feel of who you are.
• You should be nice enough to stop by and post on the tagboard or leave a comment in any of the entries at least twice a month to tell that you're alive. I will do the same.
• Forget the asterik. Put 'alf:' before your name.
• In the comments text box, add 2 reasons why you want to become affy with me. (be honest)

For sibbling:

• First thing you need to know is that in my mind 'sibblings' is like a nice friendship
• You must have an awesome site, if not, I might accept you if you are a really nice person and is constantly working on improving =)
• Make sure you have less than 10 siblings. Don't apply just to boost up traffic.
• A link back visible on every page. For I will be doing the same thing for you.
• You should be nice enough to stop by and post on the tagboard or leave a comment in any of the entries at least three times a month to tell that you're alive. I will do the same.
• Forget the asterik. Put 'fairy pie:' before your name.
• In the comments text box, add 2 reasons why you want to become sibblings with me (be honest) and somethings about yourself so i can start to know you.
